Another Transnational Project Meeting was held in Osijek just in line with the opening days of Pannonian Challenge 22nd edition. Due to obligations of project consortium members meeting was held both on site and online. Meeting took place from 10th to 12th of August.
Main focus of the meeting was the feedback on the current progress – completed activities of all project partners since situation with covid measures still varies in each country.
Significant amount of time was dedicated to preparation of the work plan for the Volunteering handbook and overview of the draft of the Volunteering App.
In the final hours of the meeting we had a Steering committee work meeting when we went through the monitoring report regarding completion of missing documents from partners for implemented activities.
We were happy to finally meet in person with our newly joined partners from Regional Volunteering Centre in Kielce, Poland. Their expertise with volunteer work is of great value for our project and the fact that they are involved in creating a new skate park in Kielce is just a bonus we're really excited for.
We have also agreed on the date of our 5th meeting that will ideally take place in Kielce at the opening event of the newly built skate park. Couldn' t be more perfect!
